I have been wondering for many years why all those great people we see become so successful? I looked at their stories that were so powerful, full of failure and hardships and discouragement but they throve in spite of it. Then I realized that the breaking point of their achievement is a decision. The decision which is so firm, so strong that no matter what comes along the way, quitting isn’t an option.

Have you ever made a decision about something and felt 100% sure that you won’t stop until you make it?  If you haven’t, or you are struggling with sticking to your decisions, keep on reading. Here are 4 tips which will make your decisions last and keep your focus on what matters the most.

1. Conscious decisions

One thing which gives me the feeling of certainty when I am deciding about something important is my full awareness. I don’t just think about it and say it to myself and continue living my life. I use my whole energy to focus on what decision I am making.

Your posture, your tone of voice and body language have a significant impact on the energy in your body. If your shoulders are down, your body is very relaxed, and you say “Well, I think I can try this out because it sounds like a pretty good idea,” your decision isn’t firm and vigorous. This attitude will hardly carry you through tough times. But if you stand up, put your head up, take a deep breath and say “I am going to make this happen no matter what will come along the way and I don’t stop until it is done or I die” it feels completely different. You are gaining much more certainty about your decision and yourself.

When making a critical decision, use your mind and body to support it and put your whole energy in it. It feels different, and it will bring better results.

2. Commit yourself

Guys, commitment, is the key. The great example are people who are highly talented; they have resources, money but they suck. Are you asking why? Because they don’t have the sense of commitment. They aren’t entirely dedicated, and that’s what makes the difference between you and them.

Once you decide about your future, your goals and dreams, commit yourself to the end. The first thing which I would like to recommend you is setting up yourself with the substantial list of goals. I have talked about it in my last video on YouTube which you can check it out here.

If you have the right drive, crystal clear vision of what you want to accomplish, it will fire you up and keep you on track, especially during hard times. Having your goals written down and making a step by step list of your action will show you the direction and keep your focus on your goal. Remember that commitment is one of the most important attributes of success.

3. Disappear

Maybe you won’t agree with me, but I believe that there comes the point in your life when you have to disappear from the sight of others and focus. This usually happens when you are going through some significant change or breakthrough. It is a great chance to reconnect with yourself, organize your thoughts and focus on what you want to accomplish. I am not trying to say that you have to forget about your family and friends, but some time alone will always help to get your life together and work on things which actually matters.

4. Repeat your goals daily

The best way how to adapt to your new decisions and make them last is repetition. It is proven that whatever we focused on the most, we will attract. For you to draw what you want, repeat your goals twice a day to stay focused. You should write them down in some little journal or something similar to that so you can always grab it and read it.

With this simple exercise, your will keep focusing on what is the most important to you. Remember that subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between fantasy and reality. When you repeat your goals and dreams over and over again, you’ll convince your subconscious mind of what you want to be true, and that’s where the magic starts.

Don’t take this few tips lightly but act and do it now. Give it some time and see the difference in your life.
