3 Reasons Why Reviving Your Pain Can Skyrocket Your Success

“Failure gave me strength. Pain was my motivation.” Michael Jordan

Have you ever thought about the true meaning of your last breakthrough? Have you tried to get to know yourself deeply and understand the motive of your actions? Is the cause of your biggest progress coming from pain or pleasure?

I have never thought about pain as something healthy or beneficial to my life until I read a fantastic book which changed my perspective radically. I looked back and suddenly understood all my actions, biggest breakthroughs, the most courageous moments in my life. It was like a good, healthy wake-up call.

Call me crazy, but I believe that pain is one of the great motivators in life. Not that I am trying to encourage you to live in pain, I just want to show you the benefit pain actually has and how you can use it as a tool to inspire yourself. Here are 3 reasons why reviving your pain can skyrocket your success and push you toward greatness.

1. It gets you emotionally involved

Pain is a strong emotion which most of the time causes us to act. Psychological pain makes you feel dissatisfied and frustrated. This emotional state sends a message to your mind that where you are in your life right now, isn’t in line with what you want. Your mind gives a command to your body to do something about it. This moment is where many personal breakthroughs happen. Your emotions become so strong and intense, and you act upon them. The strong feeling of discomfort pushes you to make a change and challenges you to fight against it.

2. It will make you question everything

Let’s say that you have your goal, right? In the beginning, you were excited and determined to make this dream a reality no matter what it takes. Maybe your parents or children were suffering, and the financial situation was so bad, that they could barely eat. It hurt so you started to work hard and do everything to change this hardship. But, after some time you lost it. You lost the major inspiration. Maybe you don’t see results, and it discouraged you, perhaps you are exhausted.

If you use this state of mind to go back and think about the pain you had at the beginning which caused you to make a change, you will question everything, including yourself. You’ll question yourself how dare you want to quit? How dare you could have lost motivation when there is someone out there who needs help? How dare you can give up on life like that? Did you forget the pain? It should smack you in the face because you revived your pain, you reminded yourself why you were willing to go beyond own limits.

3. It put your body into “success” vibration

Once your WHY is strong enough and you are entirely emotionally involved, the pain will put your body into a powerful vibration. It will literally set you up for success. It is the point where you are not willing to take the pain, you don’t accept the dissatisfaction, your fear is nothing compare to the energy in your body screaming ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Once you get into this mental state, the inspiration hits your mindset. It will boost up your energy and gives you the new batch of power and strength to make a change, to live on your terms, to achieve the success you’ve always wanted.

Conclusion

I know that for some of us talking about pain or thinking about it may seem hurtful. But, if you can change your perspective and learn how actually to use it, it will literally skyrocket your success. Pain is a part of a life of every human being. We can’t avoid, only master it. Use the time of suffering as the time to provoke yourself and your mind to act and enhance your action which will create extraordinary results.
